The Parking Experience
User experience is key to improvement. Whilst many drivers will have an opinion of their car parking experience, they rarely have an easy way to congratulate or criticise. And no feedback means Car Park providers remain unaware of opportunities for improvement or to learn what they're doing right.
Until now
Not only can you now rate your parking experience, but we've also made it easy for you to provide a more detailed comment if desired.
Although not exhaustive the list below will perhaps give you some ideas as to what you should be considering:
- Cleanliness
- Lighting
- Lift availability, smell and condition
- Ease of parking - car park geography - signing
- Graffiti
- Feeling of security
- How well does it appear to be maintained
- Does it appear loved
- Stairwell smell and condition
How is the rating calculated?
This is a simple average of all the ratings, calculated by dividing the sum of all the ratings by the number of ratings. This means that as a car park improves its "Parking Experience" and users agree then the score will slowly increase.
The car parks with the highest scores both overall and for each type of car park, Surface, Multistorey, Roof, Single Deck, Underground, will be displayed on the website.
