User experience is key to improvement. Whilst many drivers will have an opinion of their car parking experience, they rarely have an easy way to congratulate or criticise. And no feedback means Parking lot or garage providers remain unaware of opportunities for improvement or to learn what they're doing right.
Until now
Not only can you now rate your parking experience, but we can make it easy for you to provide a more detailed comment if desired.
Although not exhaustive the list below will perhaps give you some ideas as to what you should be considering:
•Cleanliness
•Lighting
•Lift availability, smell and condition
•Ease of parking - lot or garage geography - signing
•Graffiti
•Feeling of security
•How well does it appear to be maintained
•Does it appear loved
•Stairwell smell and condition
How will the rating be calculated?
This is a simple average of all the ratings, calculated by dividing the sum of all the ratings by the number of ratings. This means that as a lot or garage improves its "Parking Experience" and users agree then the score will slowly increase.
Those with the highest scores both overall and for each type of lot or garage, Surface Lot, Garage, Roof, Single Deck, Underground, will be displayed on the website.
